HOW DOES OFFICE DEVELOPMENT WORK?🏗️

When developing projects focused on the construction of offices, important architectural, technical and decorative factors must be taken into account. The purpose of these works is to provide warm and bright environments to people who have large amounts of work.🏬

How are they composed?

Office developments can be composed of a single building, a multi-building office park or a corporate campus. Office properties are often described as "suburban" or "urban"; they can be described by their height: low-rise, mid-rise and high-rise. More often, however, they are classified based on a combination of the property's age, quality and amenity level using the terms "Trophy Class," "Class A," "Class B" and "Class C."🏠

Although these asset classes can be applied to other product types, they are most often discussed in the context of office properties. Although the Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA) offers some guidance, there are no firm definitions for each class and subjective standards are different in different regions and in suburban versus urban areas ‼️Generally, however, the following guidelines can be used:

🔸New buildings constructed within the last 10 years.
🔸Incorporate the latest technology and are built with premium materials, high-end finishes and construction materials.
🔸They feature extensive amenities, such as a conference center, fitness center, rooftop terrace and concierge.
🔸They are transit-oriented and are developed on sites near metropolitan locations in urban areas.

The choice of colors in interior design: how emotions play an important role🏭

When it comes to designing the interior of a space, colors are a fundamental part of creating a desired atmosphere and ambiance. However, the choice of colors is not only about aesthetics, but also about how they can emotionally affect the people who inhabit that space. Here are some points to consider when choosing colors in interior design:

✅The emotions associated with each color: Each color has its own emotional and psychological association. For example, blue is associated with calm and serenity, while red is associated with energy and passion. Yellow is associated with happiness and optimism, while green is associated with nature and tranquility.

✅The function of the space: The choice of colors should be in tune with the function of the space. For example, if you are designing a living room, you may opt for warmer, cozier colors to create a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.

✅The tone and intensity of colors: In addition to emotional associations, the tone and intensity of colors can also affect the mood of the people in the space. Lighter, softer tones can create a relaxed and calm environment, while darker, more saturated tones can create a sense of energy and excitement.

✅Color Schemes: It is important to consider color schemes and how they interact with each other. Color theory is a useful tool to help choose harmonious and balanced combinations that create a cohesive and pleasing feeling in the space.

Taking into account emotional associations, the function of the space, the tone and intensity of colors, and color theory can help create an effective and appealing interior design that has a positive emotional impact on the people who inhabit that space. Stay tuned for more content from us! 😎
