Office developments can be composed of a single building, a multi-building office park or a corporate campus. Office properties are often described as "suburban" or "urban"; they can be described by their height: low-rise, mid-rise and high-rise. 🔸Incorporate the latest technology and are built with premium materials, high-end finishes and construction materials.
🔸They feature extensive amenities, such as a conference center, fitness center, rooftop terrace and concierge.
🔸They are transit-oriented and are developed on sites near metropolitan locations in urban areas.
